  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Exchange Process

  2. Step 2: Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on shipping the item back.
  3. Step 3: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
  4. Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send the replacement item as soon as possible.
